Add turkey, soy sauce, anchovy paste, harissa, garlic salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix with your hands to distribute evenly.
Form 4 patties from this mix and place on a plate or tray

Then onions

Then jalepeno
Then red bell pepper
Then apply ketchup and mayo to top bun and top off the burger
