  1. Add turkey, soy sauce, anchovy paste, harissa, garlic salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix with your hands to distribute evenly.
  2. Form 4 patties from this mix and place on a plate or tray
  3. Top the patties with cumin, turmeric, and olive oil
  4. Cut sourdough into bun size slices
  5. Heat a grill to 200 degrees, then add the jalepeno, bell pepper, and bread. Cook for 5 minutes, watch bread so that it does not burn.
  6. Remove the bread, but keep the peppers on
  7. Add the patties and onions and cook for 3 minutes, grill should be closer to 350 by now
  8. Flip the patties and cover with shredded cheddar cheese, then add the grape tomatoes
  9. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted
  10. Remove everything from the grill and turn off
  11. Cut the jalepeno and red bell pepper halves in half again, so that you have a slice for each burger
  12. Prepare the burger: Apply mustard to bottom bun Then onions Then tomatoes Then turkey patty Then jalepeno Then red bell pepper Then apply ketchup and mayo to top bun and top off the burger
