  1. Make a harissa paste by adding the water and the harissa spice to a bowl and mix
  2. Coat the snapper with the harissa paste and season with salt and black pepper
  3. Heat the coconut oil on medium high heat
  4. Add the snapper and cook 3-4 minutes on each side
  5. Plate with slow cooked vegetables such as fingerling potatoes, scallions, and carrots
